Lena Miculek brought home top honors at the 2018 IPSC  Shotgun World Shoot held in Châteauroux, France June 3-10.

Using a Mossberg 930 JM Pro, Miculek dominated the competition securing the title for her third time. Miculek finished first over fellow Team USA members Diana Muller, Dakota Overland and Becky Yackley.

Miculek alongside her teammates also nabbed gold in the Ladies Category — Standard Division for Team USA. Medals were awarded to both individual and team winners during the Shoot-Off Awards Ceremony held on June 10.

Miculek’s resume is chock full of an impressive range of titles to include back-to-back 3GN Lady Championships in 2013 and 2014, Pan American 3-Gun High Lady in 2013 and USPSA Multi Gun Nationals in 2014. The daughter of famed shooters Jerry and Kay Miculek, she started competing in gun matches at the age of eight.

Miculeks’ Mossberg 930 is the Jerry Miculek Pro model that offers a fast-cycling, gas-vent operating system which reduces recoil as well as wear and tear on its operating parts. The shotgun touts enhanced features including Mossberg’s extended knurled bolt handle, forend cut for faster reloads, oversized safety buttons, adjustable trigger over travel and a choice of nine- or 10-shot capacity.
